Hey there! I’m Mandy, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned in life, it’s that every chapter brings new challenges, opportunities, and adventures. Entrepreneurship has been in my blood since day one, but so has Motherhood, community, and the drive to make an impact. I’ve built businesses, cheered my kids on at every milestone, and poured my heart into creating something meaningful. But when I moved my youngest halfway across the country for college, I came home to an empty house—and for the first time in a long time, I had to figure out what life looked like for me.
After many sleepless nights, I decided that I couldn’t let this season define me, so I embraced it. I realized I wasn’t alone—so many Moms were feeling the same shift, wondering what comes next. That’s why I created The Empty Nest Mom—to bring together a community of women who are navigating every stage of Motherhood, from raising little ones to launching them into the world and rediscovering ourselves along the way.
Now, I’m finally embracing life on my own terms. I’m traveling more, taking on new challenges, and soaking up the freedom to be exactly who I want to be. If you’re feeling stuck or searching for what’s next, you’re not alone. Let’s do this together—let’s turn this chapter into something incredible!

I am a Wife, New Mom, and proud Dog Mom who’s learning to navigate this beautiful (and sometimes chaotic) season of life. I married my high school sweetheart, and together, we’re building a life filled with Love, Faith, and Family. Motherhood has been the most incredible journey, and while it comes with its challenges, I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
My faith is the foundation that guides me through every step, giving me strength and purpose in both motherhood and everyday life. When I’m not soaking up precious moments with my little one, you can find me working, spending quality time with my family, or lending a hand to help others—because that’s just who I am.

Hey there! I’m Lauren—a Mom, photographer, and social media guru here at The Empty Nest Mom! Life keeps me busy with a toddler and a middle schooler, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love capturing the little moments that make life special, whether it’s behind the camera or through the stories we share online. Photography has always been my creative outlet, and I’m passionate about using it to bring memories to life.
When I’m not snapping photos, you can find me spending time with my family, exploring new places, or diving into creative projects. It is not always easy but I believe in making the most of every stage of Motherhood.

Hey, I’m Beth—Wife, Mom to four amazing girls, homeschool teacher, volleyball coach, and a firm believer in finding joy in every season of life! With one daughter in college, another in high school, and two in middle school, life is always busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. My faith keeps me grounded, and my close-knit family is my greatest blessing.
I love pouring my energy into coaching, teaching, and creating a home filled with love and laughter. Whether I’m on the volleyball court, helping with schoolwork, or enjoying a spontaneous family adventure, I believe in embracing every moment with gratitude and excitement.

Hi, I’m Jill—a Wife, Mom, and proud Mimi to three wonderful grandchildren. I recently entered the Empty Nest stage, and while it’s been an adjustment. For years, I’ve worked in my local school, where I’ve had the joy of supporting students and families. Helping others has always been a part of who I am, and I love being the person people can turn to for kindness, encouragement, and a listening ear.
Family means everything to me, and I cherish every moment spent with my husband, children, and grandkids. I know that transitioning into this new phase of life comes with a mix of emotions, but I truly believe it’s a season filled with new opportunities.

I have a deep love for travel and can’t wait to explore more, sharing my experiences along the way.
