If you’re breastfeeding and haven’t heard of the Haakaa Ladybugs yet—run, don’t walk. These little silicone lifesavers helped me catch every drop of liquid gold during those early postpartum days without dragging out my big pump.
They’re super simple to use: just slip the Ladybug into your bra with your nipple centered in the hole. If you want to increase suction for letdown, give it a gentle squeeze before inserting your nipple and then release. That’s it. Set it and forget it.
What I love most? I was able to build a freezer stash just from catching letdowns while nursing my baby on the other side. No wasted milk, no stress—and way less cleanup. It gave me peace of mind knowing I was saving milk without having to pump between feedings.
