I’m at the age where I’m not asking opinions or if something is “worth it” anymore.
If it makes my day better?
If it makes me feel like me again?
If it brings even a little bit of joy?
I’m doing it.
No permission. No overthinking. No explaining.
Where to listen
Because I didn’t spend all those years raising kids, holding everything together, and putting myself last…
just to keep doing that forever.
These are the little things that instantly make my day better —
and I’m not apologizing for a single one of them.

Mood lifted. Confidence restored. Problems? Still there — just less important.
I don’t know what kind of magic it is… but he pops my neck and back and suddenly I feel this warmth go through my whole body and I can MOVE again. Like okay… I guess I needed that!
I don’t want to see those lines, and as long as I can do something about it — I will.
No apologies. No over-explaining.
Am I worth it?
Absolutely I am.
That moment you realize… I don’t need to run this by anyone.
I don’t need to overthink it.
I can just go.
So I do.
No permission needed.

Going to Lauren’s because I want to — not because it’s “the right time”
I don’t need a reason or a perfect plan.
I just want to see my girl… so I go.

Going to Gracie’s and acting like time doesn’t exist while I’m there
I didn’t come to watch the clock.
I came to be with my girl — and I’m taking every second I want.
Coffee in hand, maybe running late, maybe not — doesn’t matter.
I’ve got somewhere to be, and I chose it.
Main character energy, whether anyone else sees it or not.
After all the work, all the posting, and yes — all the people who probably thought this wouldn’t go anywhere…
Here we are.
And I’m not downplaying it.
I’m proud of US.
I don’t know what kind of magic it is… but I wake up with energy, I feel better, and I’m actually getting through my day without dragging.
No regrets.
If it works, I’m doing it.
If you know, you know.
And if you don’t — just be grateful!!
You don’t need permission to be you. Do the things that make you happy. All of them.
– Mandy
So what I’m saying is this…
You DO NOT need permission to be YOU.
Not now. Not anymore.
Do the things that make YOU feel like yourself again.
Do the things that make YOU happy — even if they don’t make sense to anyone else.
Book it.
Go.
Say yes.
Take the time.
Spend the money.
Make the plan.
Because this is your life!!
No permission.
No explaining.
No apology.
What is your Hobby?
I love Running!! Am I fast? NOOO I’m not training to be who I was — I’m training for who I’m becoming.
And these are the things that are helping me actually show up and do it.
These are my real-life favorites right now — the little things that make training feel doable again.
