✨ Chatting with Beth felt like a breath of fresh air. She’s faith-filled, full of energy, and always leading with love—whether she’s coaching on the court or homeschooling at the kitchen table. You’ll feel her joy and wisdom in every word.
We asked Beth a few faith-filled, Mom-life, and coaching-inspired questions—and she delivered with sincerity, joy, and just the right amount of humor.
Let talk motherhood, How would you describe yourself as mom?
Right now, I’m living in the beautiful chaos of ages 10 to 19—which means I’m parenting all the stages at once: childhood giggles, tween mood swings, teenage deep talks, and young adult heart-to-hearts. It’s loud, it’s layered, and it’s honestly the greatest blessing. I get to witness them becoming—and in the process, I’m growing too. Every day is a mix of faith, fun, patience, and prayer… and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
A Note from Mandy
Beth is one of those Moms who radiates joy the moment she walks into a room. She’s raising four girls with grace, grit, and a whole lot of love—and somehow, she makes it all look effortless (even when it’s definitely not). What I love most about Beth is how deeply rooted she is in her faith. Whether she’s homeschooling, coaching on the court, or cheering on her girls in life, she leads with purpose and positivity. When I imagined The Empty Nest Mom, I knew I wanted voices like Beth’s—strong, joyful, real—to remind other moms that this life we’re living, even in the mess and the mayhem, is deeply meaningful.

Tell us a Fun fact about you?
I absolutely love to organize—like, give-me-a-closet-and-a-label-maker-and-I’m-in-heaven kind of love. Whether it’s color-coding calendars, decluttering spaces, or planning big events down to the napkin folds, bringing order to chaos is totally my jam. It’s not just a hobby… it’s a lifestyle.
Tell us how you Met mandy
I met Mandy 14 years ago when our girls were in the same kindergarten class—and from that very first school pickup line, we just clicked. What started as classroom small talk quickly turned into real friendship. We’ve shared a lot of life since then—laughs, prayers, Mom moments—and I’m so grateful that kindergarten brought us together.
What was your first thought when Mandy told you about The Empty Nest Mom?
When Mandy asked me to be part of this, I felt excited, honored, and honestly a little emotional. It meant so much that someone saw value in my story—that I had something worth sharing with other moms. That kind of encouragement stays with you.
