Why We Loved It:
We pulled up to a restored vintage gas station decked out in Cars movie magic—Lightning McQueen, Tow Mater, even a sassy nod to Betty Boop. The newest addition? A towering Texaco Muffler Man now named Big A, who greets you with his massive retro presence.
Inside? A treasure-filled gift shop with Route 66 goodies and, yes… the most photographed bathroom on the entire Route 66. You’ve gotta see it to believe it—fun, cheeky, and totally iconic.
Located on historic Route 66, this retro roadside attraction is the kind of place that makes you feel like a kid again. Rediscovering joy, one quirky small town at a time, and sharing it with anyone who needs a little fun, wonder, and a great photo op.

📸 Big A the Muffler Man – You have to get a photo with this towering, retro roadside legend. He’s one of the newest additions and a total showstopper. (Bonus points for a selfie with Big A and the Route 66 sign in the background!)
